Homes at $1,000,000 -$1,500,000 have a 6.9 months average inventory supply. Obviously, the homes priced at $1,500,000 and up have the highest months average inventory supply and is the cause of the 7.9 month total average supply.
Overall, this is very good news for Sellers. And buyers, this is the time to buy real estate in Sedona because, as the inventory goes down, Sedona's pricing will start to go up. Homes in West Sedona under $700,000 are now priced at $10.00 per square foot higher.
